Our Service Person
The guy was pushy to buy and replace everything even though he said it was working fine. Said the pumps last 3-5 years. I googled that and they all said 10 years so I agreed to buy a new pump for no reason. Then the cost was absurdly high. You installed $350 pump for $650 bucks plus you charged me another $250 for the guy to come out. That’s highway robbery. He was here for a total of 45
Mins, told me nothing was wrong but pressured me to buy a new pump anyway and at the end of the day I’m out $900.

Seems he installed it fine. Not sure why washing the hole with soap and water and checking everything, which took a total of 15
