quick and efficient, left space neat, very professional looking work.
Tonya is over the top customer focused.. I have asked her several questions after the install, that I only thought of after the fact, and she has been absolutely patient with me, and SUPER responsive.
Brady scoped out the project and pricing, and ensured I knew my responsibilities prior to install day.
I interacted with the 'install manager,' which was very good. Did not have to interact with the crew working with the manager.
Other than the ability to see where the remediation work was done (due to the new concrete), the work area was left almost better than when they started.
What made you choose our company:
My son worked with CT Basement and I saw the work. I contacted CT Basement and am very pleased I did. BTW, I already have provided a recommendation to work with CT Basement to my Son's wife's father !!!
