What made you choose our company:

You were doing servicing on previous installation and needed to install a new sump pump. The installation was gret. Johnny and Moises are great. Your accounting, billing department is th worse, especailly Pedro. After repeated emails and calls I STILL do not have what I reuested -- a summary of the work done and description of the punp install -- to present to my HOA for reimbursement. I am truly upset and will continue to assure my friends NOT to use CT Basement. Send me what I requested in my last email and I will reconsider. Pat Trautman
