What made you choose our company:

My high praise is actually for work you did not do! The original estimate was to solve for some minor leakage near the inbound water line, but when tech/plumber got to house he knew right away that wasn't going to work. His opinion was that leak was very minor and not of much risk to concrete floor in unfinished portion of basement. If it does become an issue call us back and we revise our proposal. And full credit was provided without any drama. That is great customer service when I'm not even a customer ... yet! Thank you.
