Steve Cogswell did an excellent job. He was prompt, professional, polite and quite knowledgeable. He made suggestions as to what items might be replaced and I will consider doing that in the future. I am very pleased with Connecticut Basement Systems and employees like Steve are a main reason.

The main reason I chose Connecticut Basement Systems was the professionalism of the salesman. Although the system was installed a long time ago and I don't remember the salesman's name, I recall feeling very confident that the installation would be done correctly.
