Our Overall Service
Call Representative
A bit confused at your scheduling group. I initiated this service call and had a service date set up. Later received a call, saying I was due for a service!? They didn't find the appointment I had already scheduled, so had to reschedule a new one.
Our Service Person
Technician "Bill"...courteous and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain what he was doing throughout the process. Identified a couple of issues, explaining clearly those issues. Kindly walked my through the entire "tuneup" with me looking over his shoulder the whole time!
