Ailton was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He was great at explaining everything. I appreciated that he didn’t come off as trying to sell me on additional products/work but rather educated me and presented a lot of different options for levels of work that could be done. Much better than previous reps I dealt with! I look forward to the proposal he is working on and hopefully getting my basement in a better state!
