The only reason I give him a 3 is that he left dehumidifier running and didn’t put hose back in sump pump hole to drain water

Have worked with you since having sump pump installed. Was not happy the cleaning took 6 months past due date although understood you were backed up due to storms. Really try to have it cleaned once a year. This took 6 months past cleaning date
