I realize you were behind with all the bad weather this fall, but it took two months to have your electrician come out and finish the job (switching from extension cords to hard wiring & a generator hook-up). I had to call Bill to prompt the electrical work, so it seemed like our follow-up appointment got lost somewhere. Worth the wait though, as your electrician's service was every bit as professional as the installation crews - we were very impressed. It also didn't hurt that the bill came in ~$2,000 below your original estimate - we appreciate the integrity.

Your system has solved a serious water problem that had developed in a basement that hadn't leaked in 45 years, working flawlessly to keep us completely dry through several major storms this fall. Thanks for making our basement a useable part of our home again, and bring on the spring melt!
