The wait time to speak with a customer service rep on the phone was extensive. You should consider building a que and tell people how long it is to speak with a representative and give people a chance for you to call back, keeping them in the same order in que.
Once I spoke with a customer service rep I was very satisfied.
Person called for final payment. She found an error in the billing, corrected it and then took my payment. She followed up with a invoice noted paid.
The technician came to my home and understood my situation. He wrote up a detailed quote with costs for any additional add-on's. I knew exactly where I stood.
Start of installation took some communication. The foreman did not have my quote and was planning to attack the job differently than the technician had laid out. However, once we discussed it he was totally on board with the plan. They were wonderful through the installation process.
Consider providing the foreman with a copy of the quote then there is no question.
