Steve Soldate was extremely helpful. Explained the condition of the pump and all the work he did. Answered my questions without a problem. He is very knowledgeable and very proud of the company. Very pleased with the annual service done. I am very glad I had this system installed. I have recommended Basement Systems to many people.
