Sales Process
Got to be honest, this was the worst part of our experience. The salesperson was at our house for almost 3 hours, admittedly I was at work in the city and my wife was at the house, so it was slightly longer with him calling me once he'd done a survey of the property, but that should have only added on a few more minutes. He was overly slow and pedantic and my wife (who was meant to be working) felt very uncomfortable asking him to leave so it dragged on and on. He was being very assumptive in all aspects of his visit (not just on the sales approach, but also that it was ok him sat in the house for hours working through the system/his quote/revisions etc.).
Our Installation Crew
Night and day from the saleperson. Very friendly, great at explaining what was going on, extremely good at what they did, made me feel very at ease not just with what they were fitting, but why they were doing it, explaining aspects of my (new) home from a structural/water flow mechanical point of view. Could not have been happier start to finish.
The Cleanup Process
Made sure there was as much protection as they could (reasonably) put up to protect from dust and did a great job clearing what they could. The basement will obviously need to settle and have a clean, but I don't think they could have done much more.
