Service manager, Jeff Allen is spectacular. He came to service an existing Triple Safe Sump Pump System in my home. Jeff did a comprehensive diagnostic of the existing system and explained each of the components with extensive detail, including the age of the pumps, the horsepower and the water pumping capacity. He truly cares and has the best interest of the customers at heart. I highly recommend CT Basement Systems and will definitely ask for Jeff to do any future work or servicing that I need in my basement.
