It took two calls to get someone to come. The first one resulted in an appointment and no call no show. The second one resulted in an appointment and representative coming to investigate and make a determination.

Bill House was courteous and projected confidence and knowledge about the right steps to take.

Bill House was thorough and explained the cause of the problem as well as explained the recommended resolution.

The head of the crew who came to do the work did not convey confidence or solid experience. He also damaged an inside wall to my house by drilling 8 inches higher that he should have and made a hole in the wall of one of my rooms and breaking the molding. He did a poor job of filling in the hole and pasting the broken molding. I will have to purchase new molding, repair the drywall better and paint the wall.
