CT Basement is a very professional company with well trained associates that know what they are doing. They are up front and honest as to what things will cost and there are no hidden surprises or add ons that they will try to hit you with.

I dealt with Ralph C and Julie Marra. Both of them were very good and worked around our schedule to meet with me and wife at the house. They were very professional, up front and honest and really provided detailed blue prints of how everything would look. They always took my calls and answered my questions and made any changes that needed to be done as the job progressed. They are the reason I hired CT Basement to do the job.

Before we made our final decision to go with CT Basement, they had invited us to their show room in Seymour CT. They were outstanding with how they treated us. You actually get to see the material you want to choose between floors, doors, walls, hardware, ideas for closets and see it live which makes a huge difference. Well worth the ride to go. You can see they have a passion for what they do.

Most professional crew I ever dealt with. Ask for Eric to be your job foreman. He's a one man show who constructed everything himself and did everything to absolute perfection. Everything he measured was dead on. Also get Mario the Plummer and Joe the Electrian. Both of them were outstanding and also did everything to perfection. As the job nears its end, there are always little things that have to be done, all 3 did everything to perfection and without hesitation. We went with paintable panels which look unbelievable! Hire Genero from Picaso Painting. He works with CT Basement and knows the material well and is s perfectionist also. Also, I had water issues for years in my basement, I had the CT Basement Drain System put in 2 months prior to my basement being finished and we had a ton of rain in those 2 months. There was not a drop of water in my basement ever again with which we had a water problem for 10 years!! They also did my crawl space and wrapped it with clean space. It looks unbelievable!! Great installation crew there also!! The bottom line is you will get what you pay for when you hire CT Basement!! Also make sure you get the Sani Dry Dehumidifier, it was the only thing I had missed when having the work done and Eric the contractor had asked me if I wanted to put it and explained how it works. Great investment! Keeps the basement air dry and removes any type of basement odor.

When you go with paintable panels, there will be a lot of dust. They clean good, but you will have to go behind and clean up also.
