Contractor Nation Lets the Candidate do the Interviewing at their Upcoming Recruiting Event

Contractor Nation, voted a Top Workplace in CT for five straight years, is forging connections and putting the candidate first at its upcoming recruiting and networking event on December 11. This event will be held in conjunction with Contractor Nation’s subsidiary brands, Larry Janesky’s Connecticut Basement Systems, The Junkluggers, and Brown Roofing. 

Contractor Nation aims to create a low-pressure, less formal networking environment where the companies’ top leaders and in-house recruiters will be in attendance to create direct connections with job seekers. Flipping the traditional interview process on its head, attendees will have the chance to interview the company about their open positions in Sales, Accounting, Marketing, and more.

Brown Roofing and The Junkluggers, two of the subsidiary companies participating in this event, joined Connecticut Basement Systems in the Contractor Nation network earlier this year when founder Larry Janesky announced equity partnerships with the two Connecticut born contracting companies. Both Brown Roofing and The Junkluggers have since relocated to Contractor Nation’s Seymour campus.

In addition to networking with company leaders, attendees will network with other members of the Contractor Nation staff, tour the company’s multi-building campus and award-winning offices, and enjoy light refreshments.
