This basement was having water seepage issues with heavy rains. They needed a full perimeter system to solve the problem.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe sump pump takes collected water from the drainage system and safely pumps it out of the home. It utilizes three kinds of pumps: a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons on a full charge.
Sedona Dehumidifier
Our Sedona eliminates moisture and prevents mold growth throughout the whole basement. It has a discharge into our WaterGuard drains.
WaterGuard and CleanSpace
Our WaterGuard sits below the floor (under the new cement) around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture water seepage from the walls/floors. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is installed on the walls to protect from moisture while also direct water into the drains below.
