This basement has clear signs of water seepage, so they needed a full perimeter system to solve this problem.
TripleSafe
Our TripleSafe sump pump is tied into our WaterGuard drainage system to take collected water and safely pump it out of the home through proper discharge lines. The TripleSafe uses three pumps inside to effectively do so: a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons on a full charge in case of a power outage.
WaterGuard and CleanSpace
Our WaterGuard is installed below the floor (under the new cement), around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture water seepage from the walls and floors. It then directs the water to the sump pump system. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is on the walls to ensure it is protected from moisture and mold, but it also helps direct water into the drains below.
