Photo Album: Trumbull, CT Basement Waterproofing

In Trumbull, CT, a homeowner was experiencing water seepage in their basement and wanted to find a permanent solution. After calling us, we sent out our Salesman, Mark Krasnickas, to the home to assess the issues and propose our system. Then it would eventually be time for one of our Foremen, Al, and his team to install the job. The major components of this project include our WaterGuard drainage system, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and TripleSafe sump pump. With our systems working together, this whole basement will now stay dry all the time.

Wet Basement

This basement was getting water seepage from the walls and below the floor.

Waterproofing Systems Installed

Our WaterGuard drainage system is installed below the floor, around the entire basement to capture water seepage from the walls and below the floor and direct it into the sump pump. Our CleanSpace is installed on the walls to help direct the water into the drains below by being tucked into the flange of the WaterGuard.

WaterGuard and CleanSpace

The cracks through the middle of the floor were sealed and our drains were also placed below the lead water from all areas of the basement to the drains.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

Our TripleSafe sump pump will take all of the collected water and safely pump the water out of the home. It uses three pumps to effectively do so; a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge.

TrenchDrain

Our TrenchDrain was installed in areas of the basement where there ay be water that comes in above the floor, so if that happens, it will go directly through the grated drain and into our WaterGuard system below.
