Before Waterproofiing
This basement had an old sump pump (in the corner) that was not working to keep water from this basement, so VIn proposed our waterproofing system as a solution.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe takes collected water from the drainage system and safely pumps it out of the home. It uses three pumps; a primary, a secondary, and our UltraSump battery backup that can pump out 11,500 gallons on a full charge.
WaterGuard, CleanSpace, Sedons
Our WaterGuard drains are below the new cement in the image. It collects water seepage and directs it to the sump pump. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on the walls to lead water into the drains. Our Sedona dehumidifier was installed too to eliminate excess moisture and prevent mold growth.
