Photo Album: Upgrading a Basement in Riverside, CT

Homeowners in Riverside, CT expressed the desire to upgrade their basement from a damp storage space to a comfortable living space to share with their family. Previously experiencing issues with water seeping in along the perimeter, the family wanted a solution to mitigate these concerns once and for all. To put an end to these issues, they reached out to the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems for assistance. Upon calling, the homeowners made contact with Sales Representative Vincent Orsini. Orsini put together a comprehensive proposal, including various solutions to answer some of the family's concerns.  Once approved, Foreman Antonio Diaz and his team arrived on-site to begin the installation process. A variety of systems were installed, from waterproofing to finishing products. BrightWall wall panels were installed along the walls, creating a vapor barrier while enhancing the appearance of the space, while Elite Plank flooring was installed on the floor to create a more comfortable, polished look. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed next to the TripleSafe sump pump system, both working in tandem to mitigate unwanted moisture. Lastly, our DryTrak baseboard drain was installed to remove water along the perimeter walls. The final result: A beautiful space protected against unwanted moisture for years to come!
