Photo Album: Waterprooing in Cos Cob, CT

A homeowner in Cos Cob, CT, struggled with basement flooding during rainstorms. They reached out to us at Connecticut Basement Systems, and one of our sales consultant, Rick Raucci, recommended a waterproofing solution to solve this homeowner's issue.   One of our Foreman, Garfield Sanderson, and his team installed a WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter, along with half a wall of our CleanSpace vapor barrier to direct water to the drains. They also set up a TripleSafe sump pump, featuring a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery backup that can handle up to 11,500 gallons of water on a full charge.   With these systems, the basement is now dry and secure, giving the homeowner peace of mind.
