Waterproofing Systems
Our crew installed our CleanSpace on the walls, our TripleSafe sump pump with a battery backup, and our WaterGuard below the floor (where the new concrete is).
TripleSafe
Our TripleSafe sump pump uses 3 pumps; a primary, a secondary, and a battery backup that can pump 11,500 gallons on a full charge. It will safely pump out all the water collected out of the home.
WaterGuard and CleanSpace
Our WaterGuard drainage system is installed below the floor and covered with new cement. This will collect/capture any water coming in from the walls or floors and direct it into the sump pump. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is on the walls, helping to direct the water from the walls into the drains.
TrenchDrain
Our crew installed a TrenchDrain at the bottom of the basement entrance so that any large amounts of water during heavy storms, will go directly into the trench and into the drainage system that sits below the floor.
