Photo Album: Supporting Sagging Floors with SmartJacks in Patterson, NY

A homeowner in Patterson had really bad sagging floors above their basement and was looking for a solution to give them peace of mind. After scheduling an appointment, it would soon be time for one of our Sales Consultants, Gus Stozinic, to go out to the home to assess the issues and provide them with a permanent solution.  One of our Foremen, Sergio Alves, and Jacob Scott will work on the installation of this job. They installed 19 SmartJacks throughout this basement to stabilize and support the entire home. They had to install 74 feet of supplemental beam to properly install the SmartJacks. These SmartJacks get tightened to a certain pressure until they are stabilizing and supporting the floor joists above. Over time, our crew will come out and tighten them even more so that the floors will no longer sag. Once everything was installed, the homeowner instantly had peace of mind knowing their floors and home were stabilized permanently and was already visibly seeing results on the floor.
