A homeowner in Cos Cob, CT had an unfinished basement that they decided needed an upgrade. After scheduling an appointment with us, one of our Sales Consultants, Douglas Wheeler, went out to the home to meet with the customer to determine what they would want to have done. Dan Medina, the Project Manager, ensured that this process would go smoothly and give the homeowner the basement they designed. The team also installed ThermalDry Elite plank flooring in Walnut that will keep the floors warmer than usual. They installed new doors as well to give a clean look throughout the whole basement.
