Installation of a Drainage System
We installed a drainage system below the crack (the excavation in the floor) which will allow any potential seepage to drain properly. In this photo, you can also see that the polyurethane sealant was applied to the crack.
Secondary Drainage Strategy
To ensure the best repair, a secondary layer of drainage on the basement wall is applied.
Problem Solved!
This is a photo of the completed project. The homeowner no longer has to worry about a leaking wall crack.

This crack in the wall may look small, but it would let a lot of air and moisture into the basement.
