Original Problem
As you can see in this photo, this was the perfect space for water to seep through and not reach the sump pump system.
Production in Progress
Sam proposed a solution that would lead the water to the sump pump. This photo shows preparation in order to implement the solution.
Solution
The solution was to add a WaterGuard piece that would collect and channel the water into the basin of the sump pump where it would be properly discharged. CleanSpace liner was also installed on the wall to keep water and moisture from seeping through the wall. This was the perfect solution and the homeowner was thrilled with the results and confident in the company he chose to solve his basement waterproofing needs!
