Wet Basement
A wet basement is never a good sign. This basement already had our full perimeter system, so where was this water coming from?
Floor Crack
The homeowners quickly noticed a crack in the floor that was the cause for the water seepage.
Additional Draining
Service Technician Sam Bullock arrived at the home to take a look at the crack. The best solution for this problem was to install a 3 inch perforated pipe to help lead the water to the sump pump for proper drainage.
Job in Progress
This pipe was placed along the crack and was backfilled with gravel.
Installment
The pipe is connected to the sump pump to ensure that these homeowners will not have a wet basement.
Waterproofed Basement
Sometimes, little tweaks need to be adjusted to ensure a waterproofed basement. This is what the basement looked like once the project was finished and the homeowners were happy!
