Damp Crawlspace in Sharon, CT

The crawlspace of this Sharon, CT home is damp and unfinished. We made it functional by installing our CleanSpace Encapsulation system in the area. This included our liner that prevents water from entering the crawl space and our drainage matting that directs any water under the liner to perimeter drains. We installed our TerraBlock™ Crawl Space Floor Insulation above the drainage matting. It keeps more water out of the crawl space while decreasing the energy needed to heat the home. The crawl space is now functional as a storage area for the home.
