Cold and Wet Basement
This New York basement was cold and wet, which caused for an uncomfortable environment to be in. We suggested to install a WaterGuard system which will ensure that water will not enter the basement.
Excavation
The system is installed below the ground. It will collect the water internally and channel it to a sump pump.
SuperSump Pump
The water will be led to this Super Sump Pump which will discharge the water away from the home.

This is how the system looked upon completion. The system is concealed with cement and will keep the area waterproofed all year long!
