This is how the basement looked before. Air and water frequently entered the space.
WaterGuard System
To prevent water from entering the basement, a WaterGuard system was implemented. It is installed internally through the floors. (System is under the wet cement.)
Sump Pump
The WaterGuard System is paired with the TripleSafe Sump Pump to properly discharge water away from the basement.
BrightWall
BrightWall was placed on the walls to prevent water moisture from entering. The homeowner was extremely happy with all the products and was delighted with her upgraded basement.
