We came in a fixed the problem in no time!  To fix the problem with the water coming in through the window. We installed our WellDuct to direct the water coming in to our WaterGuard French drain system. Our drain system has a patented design that is put in just above the foundation footing to prevent any clogging. The water is then taken to our TripleSafe sump pump which has total of three pumps! The pump most importantly has a battery back up system that turns on when the power goes out. Since the basement was extremely humid we also installed our SaniDry dehumidifier. our system pumps out up to 110 pints of moisture a day, along with it is self draining.
