United Way Honors Connecticut Basement Systems.
Seymour, CT. Connecticut Basement Systems is the recipient of three United Way Community Campaign Awards for 2011-2012. The presentations took place at the 44th Annual Meeting and Awards Dinner of Valley United Way on April 26th at the Grassy Hill Lodge in Derby, CT.
The awards were:
Larry Janesky, founder and owner of Basement Systems Inc., received the prestigious CVC Corporate Citizen of the Year Award given for Outstanding Leadership in Community Support.
The 2011-2012 Campaign Underwriter Award was given to Connecticut Basement Systems for Outstanding Community Support.
In the Employee Participation category, Basement Systems Inc. received the Silver Award for Outstanding Community Support.
Basement Systems is proud to work with United Way in their community efforts. In the past they have supported the Valley United Way by sponsoring Toys for Tots events, and each year helping with a major fundraising campaign to support local community groups.
