The Happiness Project!

Every one deserves a little recognition every now and then, and here at Connecticut Basement Systems, we like to make sure our employees know that we appreciate them and never take their hard work for granted. 

So, our Marketing Team decided to develop a new initiative called The Happiness Project. Each month, we select one employee who really goes above and beyond, and really strives to make our work environment the best it can be. Someone who not only works hard, but makes sure that everyone is getting their job done, and that the company runs smoothly. 

In January, we selected our Appointment Center Representative, Lisa Pantaleo, as our Happiness Project winner! You'll never believe her face! Check out her reaction in the video below, and keep an eye out for month's Happiness Project!
