Courtney has worked in customer service for many years, including banking for 6 years. With her experience, she will bring her skills to her new role as a Customer Service Specialist, assisting customers in scheduling and questions regarding annual maintenance. 

Courtney has one son and in her free time, she enjoys vacationing, playing cornhole and monopoly, and glamping!
