Susan Graham

_{Susan is our Senior Customer Service Representative and has been with our company since 2004. She interacts with customers to solve concerns and schedules annual maintenance appointments for our existing customers. Susan has even won awards for her hard work and professionalism including, “Employee of the Year” in 2005 and was a Happiness Project winner in May 2017. Susan lives in Southington and when she is not at work, enjoys reading, crafting and baking.}
