Ismael Rivera

_{Ismael is an integral part of Connecticut Basement Systems, as he works both in customer service support and as a service technician! He has been with the company since January 2015, and prior to joining us, was a business owner who learned the value of building customer relationships. In the field, Ismael services customer waterproofing systems. In the office, he contacts customers with repair quotes, as well as processes any returned Sanidry units. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball, spending time with his family, and vacationing. We are grateful to have him on our team.}
