He first greeted the homeowner and explained how he was going to service the system which includes: checkup operation (float switch, intake, check valve and impeller), clean sump liner of sediment, change the batteries, check the discharge line and provide any recommendations if needed. After his explanation, Sam went down into the basement to inspect the TripleSafe.
Luckily, everything was in perfect condition besides some normal sediment build up which Sam had cleaned out. The ice guards and discharge line were in working order as well. Once everything was inspected and cleaned out, Sam was happy to report that the system was in tip top shape!
