The Opportunity
Are you mechanically inclined? Do you have excellent troubleshooting skills, enjoy working with people, and creating value? If so, we may have a great opportunity for you! We are seeking self-motivated individuals to work in our very busy and growing Service Department.
Job Summary
Meets with existing customers on pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual maintenance or follow-up on warranty issues.
Makes recommendations to customers on additional products or services and/or identifies a potential problem with diagnosis and remedy.
Follows through with customers until all issues are resolved.
Supports the mission of Connecticut Basement Systems.
This is a full-time, hourly plus commission, position. The work schedule includes Monday through Friday with possible late-night, weekend, and emergency work.

Qualifications/Skills
1+ years of sales experience preferred but not required
Construction experience preferred but not required
Ability to enter a crawlspace, lift up to 75lbs, walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills
Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
Skill in operating computer software (We will train you.)
